Kristen Kirch

2025 Middle School Honor Band, guest conductor

Kristen Kirch is in her 16th year as director of bands at the Chequamegon School District in Park Falls, Wisconsin where she conducts the 6th grade Junior Band, the 7th-8th grade Intermediate Band, and the 9-12 High School Band as well as the High School Jazz Ensemble and Marching Band. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from Valparaiso University in Northwest Indiana and has taken numerous graduate courses from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, IL. Mrs.Kirch’s Intermediate Band has been featured as a guest band at the National Band Association - Wisconsin Chapter (now WCBA) State Convention and at the Wisconsin Music Educators State Conference. She is an active accompanist and church musician and is also a member of the National Association for Music Educators. She is currently serving as the president of the Wisconsin Concert Band Association. Mrs. Kirch enjoys spending time at her home on French Lake with her husband, two pitties and two adult children.
